After 70 years of living a very active life and playing and enjoying sports of all kinds my body was feeling the detrimental effects of injuries, surgeries and general wear and tear. Pilates was recommended to me and I started classes with Katie Cowart 6 years ago at the Fort Collins Country Club. Katie is a true professional, well trained and a great instructor in addition to being very personable and a treat to work with. I am happy to report, my flexibility and range of motion have shown significant improvement, my posture is better and most importantly I feel better. A weekly Pilates session with Katie is now and will continue to be part of my regular weekly routine. Katie is the best!
